Gene is the Vice President of Client Success for Specialized Property Management. He works directly with clients to ensure the best possible customer experience with the company, and was responsible for successfully implementing the company’s Concierge Service, which is designed to support all operations throughout the company, serving both tenants and homeowners with “high touch” engagement.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Erickson was President & CEO for Higher Growth, Inc., an employee outsourcing firm he formed and managed for seven years. He has 30 years of C-level management, having served as CFO of Zylun Global, Inc., Vice President of Alta Health Strategies, and COO for Health Benefits America, where he managed over 650 customer service agents and managed $3 billion of capital. He was President and CEO of Surgery.com, InSync Interpreters, and Nowyours.com, and additionally served as Chief Operating Officer for Mountain America Financial Services. He has been involved with more than 25 acquisitions and mergers as an acquisition team manager, as well as a lead in two IPOs. Gene is highly effective in cultivating and managing relationships.

He has served on several Boards of Directors, including Dunloe Gap, a subsidiary of Worker’s Compensation of Utah, Intermountain Staffing, National Association of Insurance Brokers, and Surgery.com. He has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, is an active real estate investor, and enjoys time with his wife Pam, five children and twenty grandchildren.
